Here are four rules that are better not followed: Cardio Fanatics – While it is true that indulging in cardio is an awesome exercise for burning those extra calories, yet doing cardio continuously would make your body too efficacious towards it, ultimately resulting in lesser losing of weight and calories. And if this is followed by running, jogging or cycling, you tend to get all the more exhausted and doing away with weight training regimes.
